Perennial cellar dweller Teddy Roosevelt has suddenly emerged as a competitive force, but his notorious rival Abe Lincoln isn’t sitting still. On Monday night at Nationals Park, it was Abe’s turn, pulling away at the finish to take his third victory and tie the Rough Rider atop the presidents race standings.
