New: Detailed Presidents Race Results

By popular demand, I have added detailed game-by-game results to the presidents race standings page.

When Marc Fisher of the Washington Post called this blog remarkably obsessive, he had no idea (And neither did I! You guys are keeping me on my toes).

I think it’s pretty good for a start, but fearless readers, I will undoubtedly need your help to keep it up to date. Send your stories, photos and videos after every home game!

Presidents Race Fan

I am a huge Washington Nationals fan (and partial season ticket holder) whose son fell in love with the Presidents Race from that first day in July, 2006 when big-headed Teddy first came up short. It's wonderful to think that such a fan-friendly tradition could become established in DC so quickly. Who says DC doesn't have great fans? I hope that our chants of "Let Teddy Win!" during the Presidents Race will continue to add fun and excitement to Nationals Park, and help turn more and more young people into Washington Nationals fans. I started letteddywin.com to have fun and help fuel the fan spirit around the presidents race.
