Finally, somebody noticed.

Two days after I tweaked Barry Svrluga’s photoblogging, he has taken notice of our little Let Teddy Win fan gear site. I don’t know whether I’d qualify today’s post at the Nationals Journal as an endorsement, but the Washington Post certainly gets a ton of exposure that lit up my in box this morning.

Presidents Race Fan

I am a huge Washington Nationals fan (and partial season ticket holder) whose son fell in love with the Presidents Race from that first day in July, 2006 when big-headed Teddy first came up short. It's wonderful to think that such a fan-friendly tradition could become established in DC so quickly. Who says DC doesn't have great fans? I hope that our chants of "Let Teddy Win!" during the Presidents Race will continue to add fun and excitement to Nationals Park, and help turn more and more young people into Washington Nationals fans. I started letteddywin.com to have fun and help fuel the fan spirit around the presidents race.
