The race was definitely the highlight of an otherwise disappointing evening. Teddy looked a bit baffled at the beginning of the race, still stretching when the starter’s gun went off, but he soon raced ahead to win, cheered on by thousands of fans! Unfortunately, the poor performance by the Nats and the downpour that accompanied the Orioles 8th (or was it 9th?) run isn’t the type of celebration that Teddy deserves – but victory is sweet all the same.
